Cancellation policy

Before you pay

You can leave checkout at any time. An unpaid order is treated as cancelled and is not charged.

After you pay

If the payment succeeded but Baller Points have not yet hit the board, you can ask us to cancel within 24 hours of payment. Email desk@ballerstates.in with the payment reference.

Once points are on the leaderboard, the purchase cannot be cancelled. Error cases then follow the Refund policy.

How a cancel is settled

If we cancel a captured payment, the amount returns to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–7 business days after we approve it.
