BallerStates.in is the trade name of Dwayne Dalziel Cubbins, an individual operating this website from Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The site is an unofficial entertainment leaderboard. It is not affiliated with the Government of India or any state or union territory government.

The product

Baller Points are a digital entertainment item sold on this website. ₹1 adds 5 Baller Points to the Indian state or union territory you choose. Custom amounts are accepted from ₹10 upwards, at the same rate.

Points only change the BallerStates.in ranking. They have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred out, or redeemed. They do not create a prize, payout, lottery ticket, or odds-based return.

Payments

Checkout is processed by a payment gateway. Points are added only after the payment is confirmed to our server. A success screen on its own does not credit the board.

Prices on the Pricing page and at checkout are in Indian rupees and are the amount you pay.

Your account of the purchase

You may add an optional display name. Names must follow the Community guidelines. We can hide or block a name that breaks those rules.

You confirm that you are 18 or older, that you are paying with a method you are allowed to use, and that you understand Baller Points are entertainment only.

Rankings

Rankings measure community support on this website. They are not a measure of a state's wealth, quality of life, or government performance.

Liability

The site is provided as-is for entertainment. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for ranking disputes, display names, or downtime. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
