Who holds the data

What we collect

To run a purchase we receive payment confirmation from the gateway (amount, status, and a payment reference). We store the state you backed, the points purchased, the time, and an optional display name.

We do not ask you to create an account. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials. The payment gateway handles those.

We may store a hashed network address to slow down abuse. We do not sell personal data.

Why we use it

To credit Baller Points, show the leaderboard, prevent fraud, handle refunds, and answer support mail. That is the full list.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, dispute handling, and the public ranking history. You can ask us to hide a public display name at any time.

Sharing

We share what the payment gateway needs to process the charge and what we are required to share with law enforcement if asked with due process. We do not sell lists.

Your choices

Email privacy@ballerstates.in to correct a display name or ask what we hold about a purchase. We will need enough detail to find the payment without guessing.
